It is my belief that a teacher-leader must continually look at the best way to serve their constituency of students as well as their colleagues and superiors. I am particularly fond of Robert Greenleaf's model of servant leadership. It is my goal as a leader to facilitate growth in my students and peers. By serving as a model for professionalism, compassion, and collaboration, I feel I can build trust and inspire those whom I lead to reach their greatest potential.
